1. ORDERS

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) and may be subject to import duties or country tax. The delivery carrier will contact the customer directly and the recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item. If you wish to amend your purchase, please contact our customer care team.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from our customer care team. Additionally you can track your order with your order number and your registered email from our website.
