Every piece is made to order in the Grand Bazaar, Istanbul. Production takes one to two weeks. Your order ships the day it is finished.

SHIPPING

Türkiye — free, with Yurtiçi Kargo.
Europe — EUR 25.
United Kingdom — EUR 30.
North and South America — EUR 28.
Everywhere else — EUR 35.

International orders ship with DHL Express, tracked.

DELIVERY

Up to 7 business days after your order ships, not counting time in customs.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Orders outside Türkiye ship duties unpaid. Import duties and local taxes are not included in your order total and are paid by the recipient. DHL will contact you to collect them, and your parcel is released once they are settled. We cannot calculate these charges in advance.
