4.2 Mikkyō Studio’s total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions, whether in tort, contract, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased by you from Mikkyō Studio.

5.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey.

5.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
